When you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we receive your name, phone number or email address, and the content of your message. If you are a business client, we also process your customers' phone numbers solely to send WhatsApp booking and appointment messages on your behalf.
We use contact information to respond to enquiries and deliver the service. We do not sell, share or use your data for any other purpose.
Booking, appointment and follow-up messages are sent via the Meta WhatsApp Business API. Meta's privacy policy applies to message delivery. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Digital products are sold through Gumroad. Purchases are subject to Gumroad's privacy policy. We receive your email address from Gumroad for order fulfilment only.
Contact data is kept only as long as necessary to deliver the service or respond to your enquiry. You can request deletion at any time by emailing oliver@staffready24.com.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact us at the email above and we will respond within 30 days.
